This is a small team rather than a support desk. We read everything that arrives, but we cannot always reply quickly.
What to write about
Anything to do with the game or this site is fair game. The messages we are most glad to get:
- Bugs — especially "this arena did something impossible". Tell us which arena and what you were doing.
- Arena and mechanic ideas. Several of the things now in the game started as somebody's suggestion.
- Questions from parents about what the game does, what it asks for, and how to turn voice chat off.
- Anything on this site that contradicts the game. Copy that has drifted out of date is a bug too.
Privacy and data requests
Privacy questions are welcome at the same address, and formal data requests under GDPR or COPPA can also go straight to privacy@arcadedata.com, which is the address named in the privacy policy. One thing worth knowing before you write: the game has no accounts, so there is usually no personal data for us to look up, export or delete. That is by design rather than by accident.
The full detail of what is and is not collected is in the privacy policy, which is deliberately short.
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover accounts, progress or nicknames, because none of those exist — there is no account to lose, and nothing is kept between matches except the settings your own browser remembers. If you have lost a match code, the only fix is to make a new room and share the new one.
Where the game lives
This site is the information about the game; the game itself runs at its own address, play.lasertagfun.com, which is where every Play button here points. If the game will not load, it is worth trying that address directly and telling us what you see.
